This is an Eames Aluminum Group Soft Pad Management Desk Chair, Model EA435, initially designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller in 1969.

This example is from 2013. It has a solid yet lightweight aluminum frame, and the upholstery is done in a soft greige (mocha) leather. The design offers a full 360-degree swivel, and has two inch thick pads on the seat and the back to provide extra support and comfort.  The design offers a tilt feature and a 360-degree swivel. The piece measures 61 cm deep, 62 cm wide, and 81 cm high. The base seat height is 51 cm, and the seat depth is 41 cm. The upholstery is in good shape, having some light rubs and marks, and the base has some light scuffs. The arms look good. Overall, this chair is in very good condition with light wear.
